Our School aims to ensure that all personal data collected about staff, pupils, parents, governors, visitors and other individual is collected, stored and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) - the expected provisions of the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA 2018) as set out in the Data Protection Bill.

Blessed Sacrament Catholic School is committed to transparency in its dealings with the public and fully embraces the aims of the Freedom of Information.

We have been updating our systems and policies to take account of the new General Data Protection regulation (GDPR), which is applicable from the end of May 2018. The regulation gives more control to individuals over their personal information.
