Lenten Calendar

Spirituality Day- Friday 1st April 2022

Children discussed  the concept of Spirituality. Spirituality can be found in every aspect of our school lives. It can be seen as a sense of connection to something bigger than us.

Children wrote their own poems and made Origami’s Doves of Hope.

Sustainability Week - 25th November 2022

St Anthony have discussed why sustaibility is important and what it means for us. We have learned about Pope Francis letter, Laudato Si’, addressed to every person on the planet, asking to protect the earth. We have reflected on how we can live more wisely, think deeply and love generously. 

Children took the roles of BBC presenters and Pope Francis.. They discussed ways of looking after the world and linked it to Laudato Si’.
