Spanish and Latin America Day 2021
Fri 28 May 2021¡Hola!
We have all really enjoyed taking part in our Spanish and Latin America Day. The pupils have all taken part in Salsa Dancing classes provided by the very talented Miss Tania, and Miss Maria has worked with all classes throughout the day - making Mexican guacamole with Year 5, doing Frida Khalo-inspired art, giving taster Spanish lessons to Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 classes, and other fantastic activities throughout the day.
Very well done to all pupils for showing their excellent Spanish language skills.
¡Muy bien!

Crowning of Mary
Fri 28 May 2021Crowning of Mary Ceremony
Thank you to all our children who brought in flowers to celebrate the Crowning of Mary. The children were led, class by class to the statue of Our Lady. All the children were so reverent, prayerful and peaceful, and they shared their petitions with Our Blessed Mother. All children and staff were invited to honour Mary with the gift of a flower which adorn Mary's statue. Parents have been given the times when they are welcome to visit, share petitions and lay flowers until the end of the half term.
Blessed Mother
I ask you to intercede on my behalf; Help me to live in the moment.
Please give me tranquility;
Give me peace, give me comfort in my need.
Help me to know that you are with me always,
as I am a child of God.
Amen
